One of the coolest rock climbing gyms ever! It’s HUGE and has so many different routes to climb. Spent a couple hours here, it was a ton of fun.
My favorite climbing gym ever! It’s the best touchstone gym even when comparing to the ones in LA. It has two floors and large bouldering and top rope areas. They also have a taco food truck outside (at least on weekends). The only downside is its sketchy location and parking.
The gym itself is incredible!! World class. Staff is set up well to help people check in and get belay tests. There is often a coffee stand inside and a taco truck outside which is convenient when you go for a long session. Parking is the worst part as the front parking lot is small, there is another one around the back though. Bring a jacket in the winter because it gets cold in there!!!
Pac Pipe is easily my favorite climbing gym. Whether you're a solo boulderer, top roper, or chilling with a group, only good vibes can be found here! It has ☕️, 🌮, 🏋♀️,🧘♀️ , and interesting problems with a good turnover 🧗♀️. It's also great to be able to boulder and top rope in the same space 😊
The friendly and supportive community is the icing on top of the cake ❤️.
Lately, they are hosting many community events that super fun with friends or that significant other ;) After coming here for the past 3 years, it's great seeing how much Pac Pipe has expanded since then!
This is hands down the best climbing gym I’ve been to! I used to go to Mission Cliffs and then Great Western Power Co (all part of the same gym franchise… Touchstone Climbing). But if you’re in The Bay and looking for a gym, look no further. I just wish this one had a sauna like Mission Cliffs. They also have a taco truck in the front, and they have a vegan burrito and tacos! They were surprisingly really good and spicy actually. They come with a little pickled jalapeño, too.
Best climbing gym around. Sooo much bouldering and the facilities are very nice and clean. I used to go to movement in Santa Clara and recently moved and this gym is a much better deal, the price is similar but Pacific Pipe is a much larger gym. Lots of places to lock your bike. There’s also a taco truck outside a lot of the time (: Love it here!
Such a cool gym at this old warehouse/factory! Lots of bouldering, top roping and wonderful staff. It gets really cold inside during the winter though since there is no insulation. Bring a jacket!
Wonderful day spent on a rainy Sunday-adults & kids all had a great time climbing. Staff were really friendly despite it being hectic and busy. Lots of bouldering & climb routes- really huge inside!
Other climbers were all really nice- it’s a positive vibe. Facilities are clean, great condition and the weights and exercise equipment section looked fabulous too. Restroom clean & lockers available.
Prices are totally reasonable.
Harness & shoes available for rent.
Taco truck outside plus they were totally cool w us bringing in our own snacks & drinks & had some tables to sit at & eat ( keep all drinks & food away from climbing area).
Do NOT leave anything in your car- break ins are common throughout the city. That said, we parked in dirt lot out back all day & it was fine. Will def be back.
